GAC Solutions – Internal System Terms of Use

1. Authorized Use Only

This System is the property of GAC Solutions and is intended for authorized employees and contractors only. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access, extract data, or disrupt operations is strictly prohibited.

2. User Responsibilities
  • Access the System only using assigned company credentials.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Do not share, download, or redistribute internal data without authorization.
  • Log out after use and report any suspicious activity immediately.
3. Monitoring & Logging

All activities on this System are monitored and logged for security and compliance purposes. Logs may include user identity, session details, actions, and IP addresses.

4. Confidential Information

All data viewed or processed through this System is confidential company information. Unauthorized disclosure or transfer of data outside approved company systems is a serious violation.

5. Disciplinary Action

Violations of these Terms may result in suspension, termination, or legal prosecution, including:

  • Unauthorized data sharing or extraction.
  • Credential misuse.
  • System tampering or breach attempts.
6. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and data within this System are the intellectual property of GAC Solutions. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. Legal Compliance

Users agree to comply with GAC’s IT security and data protection policies and with applicable employment, privacy, and cybersecurity laws. Disclosure of data is permitted only under a verified legal warrant or government request reviewed by GAC’s Legal Counsel.

8. Termination of Access

Access may be revoked at any time by IT or HR Management if misuse or unauthorized activity is detected.

9. Acceptance

By using this System, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use and the GAC Privacy Policy.
